English major with a thesis topic? Maybe a history or philosophy major looking to analyze conceptions, perceptions or theories? Apply for an Undergraduate Research Award which provides up to $1,500 to support a student's research or creative work. Students from all majors and disciplines are encouraged to apply as long as the student attends UMBC long enough to finish their proposed work.
