Part 3 of the 2013 Maryland Traditions Achievement in Living Traditions & Arts (ALTA) Awards ceremony focuses on the 2013 recipient of the 2013 ALTA in the category of Person: Wallace M. Yater, master blacksmith (Washington County). It features a short film about Wallace M. Yater, produced by Michelle Stefano (Maryland Traditions) and the New Media Studio at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
