The Social Sciences Forum presents a post-election discussion led by Stuart Rothenberg, editor and publisher of The Rothenberg Political Report. The discussion panel will also include; Julie Bykowicz, political reporter for The Baltimore Sun, UMBC professors Thomas Schaller, Political Science, and Donald Norris, Chair of the Department of Public Policy and Director of the Maryland Institute for Policy Analysis and Research.
