On Tuesday, October 12, Baltimore county executive candidates Kenneth Holt and Kevin Kamenetz will debate in UMBC's University Center Ballroom. The debate, which is sponsored by UMBC's public policy department, will take place from 7-8:30 p.m. and be moderated by Professor Donald F. Norris, chair of the public policy department and director of the Maryland Institute for Policy Analysis and Research.
