Please read message below from Event Planning & Conference Services regarding room reservation stamps of approval when completing your Allocation Request Forms for the SGA Finance Board:

To help provide some clarification on the procedure regarding the stamping of Finance Board requests please see below:
The stamp that SGA requires on the Student Organization Allocation Request form is required to confirm that the space where your organization is hosting the event has been officially reserved and that the University is aware of the activity.
All reservations should be made through the Event & Conference Services Office.
If the need arises to reserve a location through another avenue, please make sure to receive written confirmation from the appropriate staff/faculty member when bringing the request form to us.
In addition, anyone in our office can stamp the request, as we all have the ability to verify the location.
