You can begin setting up your table tomorrow starting at 11am but we ask that you're ready by 11:50am! If you don't set up by 12:30pm you will forfeit your table and we will re-assign it to someone else.

Please read the details below regarding the day of the event: Wed Jan 29th, 12-3pm, The Commons
- Attached to this email is an alphabetical list of registered organizations and locations/table placements.
- If your name is not on the attached list it means you did not register. Registration is closed and all of the tables are full.
- Each organization is pre-assigned a half table space and 1 chair. Please only set up at your designated table. All tables will be labeled for your convenience.
- Since you already have your table number in advance, there will be no on-site check-in.
- There will be an info table from 10:30am-3pm where Student Life staff will be available to answer any questions next to the Campus Info Center (CIC).
- The event ends promptly at 3pm so please begin to pack up your table and throw all trash away a few minutes before then.
- Tips for a successful table: Limit current members to 2-3 at a time to prevent new students from being overwhelmed. Have colorful poster boards, pictures, & things that will draw attention. Explain the benefits of joining your organization and share what you're all about!
