Hey Student Orgs! If you were asked about how you advertised most of your events, there’s a pretty good chance you would say Facebook, right? Great. Facebook is an excellent way to get the word out about an event, but are you really reaching everyone at UMBC? Unless you are Facebook friends with all 13,637 UMBC students, your answer is probably no. The good news is that it IS possible to reach out to all 13,637 of your fellow classmates, through the myUMBC events calendar! Spotlights are great too, but are limited to 7 days so consider doing both!
