Join us for Comic-com @UMBC
We will have tons of video game tournaments, cosplayers, local artists, free food from Subway and lots of entertainment and enjoyment.
We will have tons of video game tournaments, cosplayers, local artists, free food from Subway and lots of entertainment and enjoyment.
Tickets are free for all Umbc Students, Faculty, and Staff. they are $2 for the general public.
Comic-com
November 13th
7-10PM
We will have a lot of local artists, many whom were at Baltimore's Comic-con. We also have two sponsoring comic book stores for our group [com]. They are Cosmic Comix, whom are local to UMBC and five minutes away, as well as Collectors Corner, which is further away, as well as in two different locations. Cosmic Comix has also donated about $3-400 worth of prizes.
We will have two game tournaments with two brackets for advanced and beginners (4 contests) and a cosplay contest for everyone who will be cosplaying.
We will have a photoshoot with a very good photographer who will be taking pictures of everyone at the shoot and they can get them from the facbeook page.
We will have many local entertainments such as the Stilettos and two groups from Harford Community College coming in. The event is expecting 300 people since that is the max we can have.
