Hello UMBC Organizations

It is with great pleasure that I write to invite you to the annual Big Dawg festival of the UMBC Varsity Track and field team on March 29 2014. This is a country wide track and field invitational meet to kick of our 2014 championship season.

In the past there has been little contact between the varsity sports and the various organizations, this is the first step in creating a long lasting relationship between the two organizations. We hope to make this a traditional partnership.

Our goal is to give every organization campus a chance to advertise for themselves whichever way they please, raise money for their causes and support our team in our first run for the conference title.

The Big Dawg Invitational track and field festival will commence at 10 am with an opening ceremony in which we will announce all the organizations present that day.
