<Title>Recruiting children ages 9-12 for the Pediatric Psych Lab</Title>

    <div class="html-content"><em>Do you have a child, sibling, nephew/niece, etc. between the ages of <strong>9 and 12?</strong></em><br><br><u><strong>Who?:</strong></u><br><span>We are looking for healthy </span><strong>9 to 12 year old</strong><span> children to help us test out games and activities </span><strong>before we try them in hospitals to help sick children</strong><span>.<br><br>Children CAN participate if they completed the study last summer, as long as they are within the age range.<br></span><br><u><strong>What?:</strong></u><br><span>Our activities include a heat test while playing different types of </span><strong>memory games</strong><span>.
     We want to know if our games are fun, what types of games work the 
    best, and how these activities change the way children experience 
    different sensations.</span><br><br><u><strong>Where?:</strong></u><br><span>The study takes place at the Pediatric Psychology Lab right here at UMBC.</span><br><u><strong><br>How long?:</strong></u><br><span>Participation in the study takes a little over an hour. We are currently only able to schedule appointments between 9 and 5 on Mondays and Wednesdays.</span><br><br><span>After participating, the child will </span><strong>get $10</strong><span> and a small </span><strong>toy</strong><span> as a thank you!<br><br>For children who are not in the UMBC summer camp, we can reimburse parents up to $20 to help cover transportation and parking costs.<br></span><br><span>If you are interested or have any questions, please email </span><a href="mailto:umbcpedspsyc@gmail.com" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">umbcpedspsyc@gmail.com</a></div>
