Below is a schedule of events for the week: Origami Rose Keychain Fundraiser Tuesday, March 29-Friday, April 1, 12-1 p.m., the Commons The Japanese Culture Club will be offering origami rose keychains, with proceeds benefitting disaster relief efforts. The keychains are meant to raise awareness and support for those suffering in Japan, and the red roses symbolize that there can and will be re-growth from a shattered Japan Sponsored by the Japanese Culture Club Help Japan! Arcade Day Friday, April 1, 11:00 am-3 p.m., Main Street in the Commons The Japanese Culture Club will sponsor an "arcade day" to help raise money for disaster relief. For a donation, students will play a timed round of popular games on Wiis and Xbox360s that will be set up in the Commons. Wednesday, April 6, 7:00-8:00 p.m., Recital Hall (Fine Arts 118) Constantine Vaporis, professor of history and Asian studies, and Kate Brown, associate professor of history, will discuss the potential effects of the triple disaster in Japan.
