The statewide competition will challenge students to work together in teams and solve complex engineering problems as they design and program their robots to accomplish as many medical tasks as possible within a 2-minute 30-second time limit. The teams — each with up to 10 members — are judged for their research, teamwork and engineering accomplishments. The regular competition is open to students ages 9-14, with a junior division for children 6-9.
