    <div class="html-content"><span>Amtrak has notifed MARC that all northbound trains will stop on the middle track at Halethorpe station until further notice.  Southbound trains are not affected.  Passengers boarding at Halethorpe must remain on the concrete high-level platform until directed to board the train by a Conductor.</span><br><br><span>This also means that northbound trains will not be able to unload passengers in wheelchairs or who are unable to walk down the stairs on the train.  If needed, passengers should detrain at BWI Rail Station and take a taxi to Halethorpe.  Retain your receipt and submit to the MTA for reimbursement.</span></div>
