Motorists will use the ramp system to access the inner loop (northbound) I-695 back to the I-695/MD 144 interchange.

Digital message signs at the MD 144 and MD 372 interchanges will alert travelers of the temporary ramp closure and detour. Weather permitting, the ramp will re-open in April 2020.

The entire I-695 Southwest Outer Loop widening project is scheduled to be complete late fall 2021.
