This set of modules is for anyone who wants to learn about Emotional Intelligence. The first module will teach you how to build your emotional intelligence though appropriate actions and techniques for managing your emotions. You will learn how to identify and regulate your emotions through self-awareness techniques. The second module gives you an understanding of how emotional forces can influence performance and decision making. You will learn how to leverage emotions to maximize your performance and how you can shape your own and others’ emotions in positive ways. The third module explores the aspects of emotional intelligence and its important in light in general IQ. In the 15 minute challenge video, you will examine the skills and attitudes necessary for mastering emotions in the workplace.
