Contrary to popular belief, stress itself is never a good thing--it is always harmful. This course will show you the difference between pressure, which spurs you into action and helps you to perform at your peak, and stress, which impedes your performance, and has long-term health implications. You will learn how to recognize stress and categorize it appropriately, learn to distinguish between job stressors, and see the benefits of recognizing stress. You will also learn about relaxing techniques and coping mechanisms to help challenge and reframe negative thinking and handle receiving constructive feedback. This is course number: PD0182
