This Recommended Learning List incorporates modules that will teach you how to manage conflict and deal with difficult people in the workplace. You will learn techniques to effectively deal with conflict and strategies for managing conflicts on a team. You will also learn how to limit the adverse impact aggressive and negative people can have, and how to deal with manipulative people, self-serving people, procrastinators, and micromanagers.
