As a friendly reminder, UMBC employees receive 5 days of backup care per year. These 5 days expire on 6/30/26 when UMBC's care.com benefit year ends.

With Backup Care, UMBC employee are only responsible for a copay of $3.00 per hour for in-home care or $7.00 per day for in-center care.
