This Scheduling Coordinator Kick Off meeting is an hour long training session in which updates for the Fall 2012 schedule of classes are provided. It is expected that each department have representation at one of the seven available sessions. Please RSVP to a session at least 48 hours before the session.

The kick off meetings will be held throughout the month of January to provide ample time for all Scheduling Coordinators to attend. For the sessions held from 12p-1p, please feel free to bring your lunch with you. 

The agenda for the meeting is listed below. Materials for the meeting will be emailed to those on the RSVP list as of the day before the session. Please make sure to RSVP so you receive all appropriate materials.
