In this workshop, you will learn how to take control of your own responses when working with difficult people.  You will learn about the impact of a difficult person at work; explore difficult behaviors though a different “lens;” apply tools, steps, and strategies to take when working with difficult people; and identify specific actions you can take with a difficult person in your workplace.
