RT (Request Tracker) Users Group Meeting
Learn effective practices in using RT for campus support

Last year, RT (Request Tracker) was used to resolve nearly 47,000 campus support requests (or "tickets"), ranging from technology (23,962), academics (14,526) and administration (7,009). Designed for campus support providers who use RT -- or those who would like to -- this is an informal users group meeting to identify effective practices and help prepare for a planned upgrade to RT version 4.0 this summer.
