If you are going to conference or plan to, please fill out this spreadsheet as soon as possible (there are lots of columns, be sure to scroll all the way through)
If you can DRIVE, you can be reimbursed for mileage, special instructions will follow for that.
Also, we will not be funding lodging, even though we were going to attempt to, so if you signed up for all three days you will need to make arrangements for yourselves. I suggest using the carpool list as a source of contacts. People could share rooms or even Airbnb.
