Dear UMBC SWE –

“The Society of Women Engineers at the Johns Hopkins University - Applied Physics Lab (SWE@APL) is hosting our annual SWE college visit day on November 22rd from9 AM – 4 PM. We have a full day planned and look forward to showing your membership some of the great work we do here at the laboratory.

Attendees can choose to attend the morning (9am-1pm), afternoon (12pm-4pm) or the full day (9am-4pm). While you are allowed to bring your cell phone with you, photography on APL’s campus is forbidden. We will be serving a sandwich lunch during the day, and will have a vegetarian option available. If you have any other dietary restrictions (i.e. gluten free), please indicate that in your RSVP, and we will arrange a separate meal for you.

To register, collegiate SWE members should fill out the following information (bolded and underlined) and email it back to Emily Brown (Emily.brown@jhuapl.edu). Please note that US citizenship is required for all attendees. Registration is required by November 4th.
