Micaela Perez Ferroro, Political Science Major, took a UMBC Winter Session class (http://www.umbc.edu/winter) to explore the possibility of another major. "If you're looking for a new major or something to do during winter, I would recommend taking a winter class," Ferroro suggests. "It's not very time consuming and it can help you figure out what it is you want to do during your spring semester or in future semesters."
