The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program offers grants for undergraduate students of limited financial means* to pursue academic studies or credit-bearing, career-oriented internships abroad.¹

As an opportunity extended to all undergrad students across the country that can grant students up to $8,000, competition is stiff and requires a student's very best academic presentation during the application process. Join us as we give out helpful tips on how to craft competitive essays and make your application shine above others.

All Federal Pell Grant eligible students are welcome, including transfer students and freshman.

*Please note that applicants for the Gilman Scholarship must be a US citizen receiving a Federal Pell Grant or have proof that he/she will receive a Federal Pell Grant at the time of application.
