Summer updates

Hello Advisors!
Here are a few summer updates that all student organization leaders were given- be sure to give them a reminder or two about some of these deadlines. Hope to see some of you on Twitter! Also, stay tuned for the advisor manual- it will be posted in the next few weeks.
Disposal of Cabinet Materials! All cabinets/mailboxes have been switched out/reassigned for the upcoming year. If your organization had a cabinet in 2010-2011 but were not granted one for the 2011-2012 year- all of the items were removed and are currently being stored by the mural in the Student Org space (2nd floor Commons) until Friday July 8th- at which point any remaining items will be thrown away!

Deadline to Register: Wednesday August 31st (no later than 5pm). Registrations received after this date may not be able to be accommodated. A confirmation email with more details will be sent to the contact person listed.

In order for us to process your I-fest Registration, make sure to update your student organization contact info no later than Aug 15th or your org will lose recognition! *The system will only let you update once so if you are locked out, someone else may have already updated your information*
