This information was just emailed out to all of the student organization members/presidents- but it may be helpful to be aware of these deadlines yourself:

As we get closer to the end of the semester there are a few IMPORTANT things to be aware of!

Information/instructions are below:

1.       Black & Gold Awards! Mon May 2^nd 6pm UC Ballroom- all are invited! Wild, Wild West theme- dress for the occasion!

Please take the time to nominate a individual, org, or event today! There are 18 award categories! Recognize all of the amazing work your org/members have done this past year!

2.       Return current mailbox keys to Student Involvement Center- SIC (no later than 4/29 at 5pm!)

Check your mailbox one last time before all mail/packages are returned to sender. We perform maintenance over the summer months and will need the key to do so.  Failure to return the key may result in a financial charge to the organization.

3.       Apply for cabinet/mailboxes for 2011-2012 (no later than 4/29 at 5pm!)

4.       Update your officer/org contact information (between 4/18-8/15)

5.       Officer Transition- is there always a breakdown of communication over the summer when new officers take over? Read the attached document for some helpful tips!
