It's been a minute, but we're bringing back Be Your Best Self (BYBS) Week for 2023. Coinciding with National Hazing Prevention Week, we've got several programs and events aimed at helping you achieve your full potential as a Retriever.
Be Your Best Self t-shirts used to be everywhere on campus. Those are making a comeback, too! Come to one of the following events and claim your BYBS t-shirt. Come to two or more events (*) during Be Your Best Self Week, make sure we scan your Campus ID, and you'll be entered in a drawing to have $100 added to your Campus Card flex account.

We're not down with toxic positivity, and Be Your Best Self is not intended to have you relentlessly pursuing "best." If you don't have it in you today to be your best self, then come as you are and try again tomorrow.
