The Children and Families, Schooling and Development Lab at UMBC is looking for new undergraduate research assistants. We will be conducting multiple studies during the spring and summer with college students and children in grades Pre-K through 5. Being involved in a research lab is a great way to enhance your resume for graduate school and to build relationships with faculty who may serve as mentors for individual research projects.
Ideal applicants will:
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, SPSS, Excel)
- Be available for at least 3 hours per week
- Be prompt and reliable
