Serve as the Development and Communications Intern at the Maryland Humanities Council, which is based out of downtown Baltimore in the Mt. Vernon area.
The Council brings the humanities (art, literature, history, etc.) to Maryland through public programming to promote education, dialogue, etc.
A paid internship is available to work 20 week starting in November. This would be a Communications Internship and some things included in that are managing social media, e-newsletters, mailings, assisting with radio broadcasts, promotion of events and mission, thinking of new and innovative ideas for MHC, and more.
