The Demand Planning Intern will assist in performing analyses related to various types of testing sites, leading to the development of a model to determine the costs for each type of site. In addition, the intern will help with other analyses where needed.
• Establish template that identifies sources and types of costs for all sites – AP&C, Nurse Aide, STN, satellite, pbt and IT sites
• Analyze YTD site level costs for these site types and determine which are fixed vs variable
• Develop model that allows us to determine site level costs for all options so we can determine what makes sense in a given situation
Required Experience:
• Working toward a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or similar field

Capacity Analyst Intern
Summer Intern working with the Analysis & Acceleration team within Global Testing Infrastructure
Assist with financial reporting, tracking and analysis of testing hours capacity, utilization, processes and operations. Build and maintain tracking tools.

Channel Security Intern
Summer Intern working with the Security & Training team within Global Testing Infrastructure
Assist with security audits, TC|Score enhancements, data analysis, and security and training documentation

Global Security Intern (4)
4 open positions - Using Prometric’s Digital Video Recorder (DVR) Live Monitoring tool, conduct remote video audits of randomly sampled test centers throughout North America, Europe, and AsiaPac, observe operations, and report on test center staff adherence to polices & procedures using pre-determined criteria, assist test center staff and Prometric Security Department in identifying & responding to examinee misconduct in real time, complete audit reports summarizing observations, and enter into Prometric database for reporting to senior management. Review daily candidate misconduct reports from North American Test Centers and escalate to Prometric Security Management as needed.
• Become familiar with Prometric Test Center Administration policies & procedures including customer service, candidate check-in, security protocols, proctoring, and check out
• Using Prometric’s Digital Video Recorder (DVR) Live Monitoring Tool, remotely view randomly sampled test centers in the U.S., EME, and APAC regions to observe their operations
• Using DVR Live Monitor Tool, remotely monitor candidates taking tests to identify examinee misconduct or cheating behaviors
• Closely monitor test center operations for 4-5 hours at a time, undisturbed, without focusing on other tasks
• Notify Test Center Administrators of any examinee misconduct incidents observed in real time during remote observations for corrective actions
• Conduct a sub-sample of observations described above outside of regular business hours (8:30AM – 5PM EST) for test centers located in Europe, Middle East, and AsiaPac regions
• Report outcomes of remote observations according to pre-determined criteria on standardized audit checklist
• Provide narrative of observations using report provided by Prometric Security
• Enter completed observation reports into Prometric database for reporting to senior management
• Conduct analysis on lapses & issues observed and provide quantitative data identifying trends for remediation
Qualifications:
• Individual must be able to work from the POC facility in White Marsh, MD
• Individual must be able to focus on single task for extended periods of time
• Must have strong attention to detail, and good attention span
• Must possess good analytical skills and be proficient with MS Office and Excel
• Must possess excellent written & oral skills
• Knowledge of Customer Service principles preferred
• A bachelor’s degree is not required for this position
