CGI Federal, a wholly owned subsidiary of CGI, is offering exciting opportunities for new college graduates to launch their career in IT Consulting. We serve clients in the U.S. Federal Government, thus applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. indefinitely and may be required to obtain a security clearance.   

New Consultants are hired into either technical or functional roles within specific account and/or project teams. Specific roles are listed below: 

Technical Developers and Technical Analysts

•Create systems design utilizing client requirements 

•Applications development and computer programming

•Database maintenance and configuration management

•

Software installs, technical testing and reporting

Requirements include are but not limited to: academic experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar major with extensive software-based or technical content; strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills with a demonstrated interest in technology and business.

Functional/Business Analysts

•Client requirements gathering and analysis

•Tracking, testing and documentation of defects

•On-site client consulting and support

•Writing program and system user manuals and/or training materials

Requirements include but are not limited to: academic experience in business related majors such as Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, IS/IT and other majors that include consulting and technology coursework; strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills with a demonstrated interest in technology and business.
