Given that the vast majority of courses at USG will be offered online this spring, USG Student Services will continue to operate in a virtual capacity. To access the following student service resources, you will need your assigned USG ID number:

Returning Students (enrolled only in online courses)
Returning students should already have their physical ID/USG ID number in hand. If you cannot find your USG ID or number you can reset your password via the portal. Please see the attached handout.
New Students (enrolled only in online courses)
USG has created the USG Logon ID Self Service Portal to allow students to obtain a USG ID number. You will need your UMBC ID (ex. AB97100) to create an account. Please see attached handout with detailed instructions. Once normal operations have resumed we will provide more information on obtaining your physical USG ID card.
New & Returning Students (enrolled in a hybrid course with in-person components)
Students who have a scheduled on-site class will need to obtain a physical USG ID as well as a spring 2021 validation sticker. You should have received an email message from USG with detailed instructions. If you have not received this email, please contact me or Chelsea Moyer, director, immediately.
