We are now serving dinner, restaurant-style! No more will residents enter and grab their ‘tv dinner trays’ from a cafeteria-style line. Now, each resident enters and is SERVED a beautiful plate of steaming hot food from a congregate tin, at their table!
As you may imagine, this means we need MORE VOLUNTEERS! Would you like to join us? Here are some of the basic details:
When: daily, from 4:30 – 7:30pm. – inquire with me 2 days’ beforehand to sign up
Where: Weinberg Housing and Resource Center: 620 Fallsway, Baltimore
Who: Anyone over the age of 18 (alone or groups) or ages 14-17 (with a parent)
Why: Because the residents are LOVING it!
