The Incentive Mentoring Program uses a "family-style" approach to foster the transformation of both under-performing high school students and university-based volunteers into self-motivated, resourceful, and socially aware leaders committed to a higher purpose of their own.
To date, 100% of IMP students have been retained to the program and have received a high school diploma or equivalent degree.
Get involved and help these students continue to attain all that they are capable of.
Anyone interested in working with students over the summer to regain credits they have failed during the school year or engage students in the extracurricular realm (camping, community service, etc) can email them at: volunteer@incentivementoringprogram.org.
