Teach For America is a national non-profit organization leading the movement to end educational inequity in America. Today, nearly 16 million children are living in poverty and being deprived of a proper education―most of them are minorities and come from low-income communities. They are being pushed through the education system despite being 2-5 grade levels behind, and they are not getting the support that they need. Because of this, many of them won't ever graduate high school. You have the ability to change this.

Teach For America is working to eliminate this inequity be recruiting seniors of all majors and all racial/ethnic backgrounds to teach for two years in one of 46 regions across America. This is your opportunity to transform the lives of children and put them on a pathway to a successful college and professional career.
