Meals on Wheels, the organization that provides meals and social interaction for homebound individuals, is in great need of volunteers to help with deliveries and other services in the Baltimore area.  It only takes an hour or two a week and is a great opportunity to provide an important service to people in need.  If interested, please contact volunteer@mowcm.org.  For further explanation of opportunities and services provided, please check out the posted link.
