*We are the Student Events Board (seb) and we are looking for you to be a part of seb Committee! We want people with ideas, quirky personalities, artists/graphic designers, and anyone with a desire to make UMBC a more fun & eventful place. We plan, program, and market over 150 events a semester (including Welcome Week, Homecoming, and UMBC’s Spring festival Quadmania) and manage a big budget to make the things you want to see happen on campus. You can be a part of this process by applying by September 9th! No experience necessary. (Really, we mean it.)
Our Committee is like our street team - you'll have a chance to learn from our expert event planners and meet a really diverse cross-section of the UMBC campus! You'll be in the front seat to making the UMBC campus yours! Anything and everything is a possibility.
As of now, our application (which is super simple, we promise) is not available. It will be posted on or before September 2nd, which is Involvement Fest! Stop by our table and find us throughout the rest of Welcome Week to ask us questions and get to know us.
