Yes, that's right, comedian Demetri Martin will at UMBC October 17th to help with our Homecoming celebrations. Tickets have been selling fast and with the date just around the corner, supply is limited. Stop by the Commons Information Center and secure yours for $10. Go with a friend! This year has been really great so far. Welcome Week was awesome and everyone had a lot of fun. If you missed out or want to see a good summary of the week (or maybe even spot yourself in some photos!) check out the Welcome Week gallery on the 2nd floor of the Commons. There was so much dancing, too many balloons, and lots of moments that became memories.



Finally, if you're sticking around on campus this weekend, don't miss out on the fun things happening. If you like movies, Transformers 2 is playing today (for $2) and tomorrow (FOR FREE!). If you like music, don't miss Reggae Night tonight in Lower Flat Tuesdays at 9pm. Woo & the Yellow Dubmarine and Tillers Prospect will craft a night we won't soon forget. If you're not really into reggae, then hop over to the Gameroom for some Mafia & Meatballs. Saturday, check out flag football on Erickson Field at 2pm - sign-ups aren't required.
