Come compete in Rock Band 3 in the Gameroom at 6pm for your chance to win a ticket to one of these Ram's Head Live shows ( "Never Shout Never, The Maine, I Can Make A Mess Like Nobody's Business, Carter Hulsey, Reel Big Fish, The Aquabats, Suburban Legends, Koo Koo Kanga Roo, Railroad Earth, Cornmeal, Charm City Devils, Sweet Cyanide, So Low, School of Rock, The Comedians of Chelsea Lately, Hinder, Saving Abel, My Darkest Days, Default)! Fall Brawl: Battle of the Bands

UMBC bands battle to win a headlining slot at Quadmania. Come cheer your favorite band to victory! Crowd participation enhances their score. There will be free food, drinks, and a Make-Your-Own Fall Brawl t-shirt station. Bring your own t-shirt and you can use the stencils and paint provided to make your very own custom Fall Brawl shirt complete with the Brawlers from the poster. No admission charge, bring your friends! First band kicks off at 5pm.

Best R&B/Rap Song
//When: 8-9pm
//Where: Sportzone

After the astonishing attendance at the Rap Battle on October 8th, the best original R&B/Rap song portion had to be moved to November 12th. Come to the Sports Zone at 7pm to sign upor claim your spot early by emailing Rich at rbussey1@umbc.edu. Bring your track on an iPod, thumb drive, or CD. The winner will get a free one-song recording session in the UMBC studio

Baltimore Museum of Art Bus Trip

Air Guitar Competition - Solo or Group Performance

PRIZE: Up to $100 Online Shopping Spree. Whatever you want!!

This will be a judged competition based on four elements.

Appearance- Do you look like a rock star or like you just left your chem lab? Is your stage name Brutal Bartholomew or John?

Crowd Response- Did the crowd get into your performance or just stand there silent?

Authenticity- Did I truly believe you were playing a guitar (drum set, bass,etc.....) during your performance?

Creativity- What sets your performance apart from everyone else?

There will be four judges each respectively awarding points on a scale from 1-10 for each of these criterion.

Top Scores will proceed later into the competition.

Tickets are $12 and will be going on sale Wednesday, November 3rd at noon in the Commons at the Commons Information Center. Line up early if you want to guarantee a spot - we've received a ton of positive feedback on this show and as evidenced by previous shows with the same hype, it's possible that the show can sell out the same day.

The show is scheduled for Sunday, December 5th in the UC Ballroom at 7:00pm.

You must have your Red UMBC ID to buy tickets. The CIC accepts both cash and campus cash placed on your Red UMBC ID.

Unlike our other shows, we're offering a pre-sale deal this time:
Tickets will be $12 at the CIC.
On the day of the show, if any tickets remain, tickets will be sold at the door for $15.

Get in line & get there early to snag a ticket for you and your friends! Tickets are limited to two per person, but you may get back in line and purchase additional tickets after you purchase your first pair.
