Hike to the top of Old Rag Mountain to see some of the most breathtaking views of the Shenandoah Valley! At 2,500 ft, Old Rag is a challenging hike that provides exciting rock scrambles and vistas along the way!

Meet at 9am at the Commons Circle and ride the bus to Old Rag. Hike from 11:30am to 5:30pm. Sandwich materials and lunch snacks will be provided by SEB, but we encourage you to bring some snacks for yourself. We will depart Old Rag at 6:30pm and arrive back at UMBC at 9pm.
