Project Description
Mobile enable the SA system to allow students and eventually faculty the ability to perform SA transactions via a mobile friendly environment. \r\n\r\nThis will be a phased approach and the dates are TBD\r\nPhase I - Funding and Timeline\r\nPhase 2 - Plan a phased roll out that includes enrollment activities being the first roll out\r\nFuture phase will be determined by phase 2\'s planning activities in close collaboration with stakeholders.
The items that have changed are:
Status Summary: DPS survey results show that not many students are using or are aware that UMBC is live with mobile enrollments.
Enrollment management groups along with SF have been discussing which pieces of functionality to turn on next. Beyond the delegate access that's slated to be rolled out this summer, we do not have an established timeline as to when other chunks of mobile enabled SS will be rolled out. The group will discuss the next phases after the PS bundle goes the weekend of June e13th.
Mobile friendly version of schedule of classes. Access to enrollment has not been enabled. Fall registration was delayed due to Heartbleed virus but will move forward to have link added to the portal for Summer registration. Arnold will work with Pam.
