Project Description
If student is on a wait list for a class and then receives a permission number, they must first drop the wait list class and then register for the class using the persmission number.

The items that have changed are:
Status Summary: The current messaging in the system can not be tailored for waitlist. The functionality provides for a message to students who attempt to register for two sections of the same course, regardless of whether they're both regular registrations or one of them is a waitlist.
