For certain affiliations (Faculty, Instructor, Staff, Student Workers) we will begin an annual reminder regarding access to sensitive data. When a person logs into myUMBC they will be prompted to read and acknowledge a data confidentiality statement. The acknowledgement will also be issued when certain affiliated people are creating their myUMBC accounts.
The items that have changed are:
Status Summary: 09/01/2010
Tech efforts are completed.
Waiting for verbiage from jack and steve and estimate a launch date of sometime fall 2012.
And how should this be communicated, if at all or should it be rolled out.
