Please click "I can attend" on the events tab for each run you can make(you can also un-attend if you make a mistake)
Runs will start 5-10 minutes after the time shown on the event. If you come after this you can try to run around and find the group if you want. Attendance will be taken before practice and you have to make sure you see one of the officers so you can be accounted for if you come late
Please be aware of cars when and if you cross the road, people drive fast on the circle so please be careful!
Buddy System is a must!! No one runs alone!!!!
And most importantly have fun!
