RT 4.4.1 Upgrade Completed
The RT upgrade from 4.2 to 4.4 has been completed.
Special thanks to Paul Riddle and Jeremy Gude for making this happen.
The system may seem a little slow initially as the system rebuilds server cache.

RT 4.4.1 development ready for testing
Testers needed for RT 4.4.1 upgrade
The work for preparing our upgrade from RT 4.2.11 to RT 4.4.1 is ready for testing.
The actual upgrade to production is scheduled for the January 6, 2017 weekend starting Friday evening beginning at 5:00 pm.
Here is the link
to access the development RT. Please be patient as this is a very small
setup so it will be much slower than what you are used to in
production.
Also note that there could be a message indication
of an invalid certificate. This is due to being in our development area
and it is OK to continue.
I am mainly looking to see if you can create tickets, update tickets, etc..
If you were unable to make our October 6th, 2016 users group meeting please feel free to review some of the highlights via this link
You can put in a ticket
if a question or issue arises. Please try to include the version of
4.4.1 in the subject as this will be very helpful in troubleshooting.
