Should QUMBC pursue creating online resources and supports for students coming out or struggling with their gender identity and/or sexuality on campus?  The idea was mentioned at the last meeting.  I'm not quite sure what it would look like or how it would work, but that would be for us to decide (with the help of the Mosaic, Student Affairs, myUMBC, etc).  An administrator recently shared NC State's "It Gets Better" video...maybe something like this could be incorporated.
