These meetings are going to be around 30-45 minutes long every other week.  Their purpose is to provide us the opportunity to decide things like what issues we're going to tackle on campus, what we're going to work on/talk about with the New York institutions, talk about trip logistics (housing, transportation, food, packing list, etc.) and check in on fundraising.

So far, there are only 2 meeting times that can work (other than Fridays at 3:30 on weeks that QUMBC doesn't meet)
