The current members of QUMBC have been busy drafting a constitution that will create an organization that empowers its members to share in decision-making, and allow for all members to take a leadership position.  The constitution is designed to establish organizational values and to clarify how decisions are made, and by whom.  It only addresses fundamental structures so that the group has the flexibility to adapt as it learns what works best for the members.
