In this course, students will work in an organization or non-profit that serves the residents of Baltimore, while getting a greater understanding of their service by examining the connections between their experiences and assets and the challenges in the larger community. Topics include the concept of community, forms of engagement, connections between policy and service, and the role of organizations in Baltimore. ![]()
